As a global language, in a fast-changing world, Peoplese will continue to evolve, but who will control it?  Answer: all Peoplese speakers are eligible to contribute to the language.  How? Within a wiki platform, controlled by users who can add and edit words. The "Creating New Words" page articulates guidelines so that the language continually simplifies and beautifies with age.
